Unemployment is a serious problem of India. Many of the Indians are jobless. The problem of unemployment is rising rapidly. India is endowed with a large amount of human power. But this human resource is not yet tapped properly. Every able bodied man and woman must get employment. If not, the problem of unemployment will create difficulties for the development of the country.
Our Research
1.India has the largest population of youth in the world with about 66% of the population under the age of 35. so impact of declining financial market is the worst in India. Though education level in the recent years has increased but skill development is still a crucial issue. Moreover, poverty, limited access to skill based education , work experience are some of the major factors that lead to unemployment and underemployment.
2. India has a population of 1.21billion, and there are 40 million people in India, who are, both willing to, and are capabale of doing work, and half of the employed people are indulged in unsklled labour and menial jobs.
