Adding an international dimension @ technology.

Globalization has a wide role to play worldwide. It has left footprints in every sphere of life. Technology is an important tool for Education and can be harnessed to facilitate learning and reap the fruits of education. Technology and Education are a great combination, if used together. Technology integrated with education facilitates real and authentic engagement. Through technology empowered education, we can break the geographical barriers leading to social change. By adding international dimension in learning at school level can help students get aware of global issues. Global dimension in curriculum allows students to understand their multiple identities, to learn how all economies, environments, societies and people are affected by global events and the decisions made around the world. The students would learn what their roles should be for living together with global identification, working towards a social change and a common vision for the better future in an interdependent world at local and global levels.
